Jon’s always looking for more and better ways to market P&N Pawnshop where he works, which is owned by Chris and Sue Firebaugh.

Recently, we asked him about an example of a way that he seized an opportunity to market their store on the fly while out to dinner:

“While out to eat in a local restaurant, I recognized one of our customers. I called their server over and asked for the appetizer for the table. I paid for it, including tip, and went up to the table to thank them for being a loyal customer of ours.”
