Description and Qualifications

The NPA Young Professional of the Year Award is presented annually to an individual who, through his/her performance, has demonstrated exceptional success in their business and local community and has made a significant contribution to the pawn industry during the previous year.

Nominees must be an employee, partner, or owner of a current NPA Pawnbroker or Affiliate Member in good standing that has been a member since January 1, 2018.Nominees must be 40 years of age or under on July 1 of the year the award is presented. The award recognizes accomplishments in the last year. Individuals may be nominated by an NPA member or a state pawnbroker association.
