Last week, Team GRC participated in a Zoom call convened by the Illinois Pawnbrokers Association (IPA) President, Kelly Swisher, for members of the IPA and NPA. The NPA was represented by Kerry Rainey, President, Boyd Naylor, Vice President and Chair of the Government Relations Committee, and Fran Bishop, GRC Liaison and past NPA President, and others on this call.
